EDVENTURES' long-term goal is to establish an investment company that invests in successor companies in Austria.
Our focus is on small and medium-sized enterprises that require succession due to age, a lack of internal solutions, or personal changes. These companies should have stable cash flows, an experienced team, and revenues of up to €10 million.
We invest in companies to retain them for the long term and sustainably – not with short-term exit intentions, but to ensure cross-generational development and the preservation of jobs. We are industry-agnostic, but pay particular attention to physical and predominantly cyclical sectors such as manufacturing, trade, and services.
With strategic and operational expertise, we actively support our investments to jointly create sustainable growth and secure the long-term survival of the companies.

With technical expertise from the industrial sector and over ten years of experience in international management consulting, his focus is on restructuring in industry and the manufacturing sector, as well as on acquisitions and divestitures for early-stage and established medium-sized companies.
He actively supports clients in their entrepreneurial ventures and provides a wide range of consulting services.
