FINANCIAL ADVISORY

EDVENTURES supports medium-sized companies with comprehensive consulting services to successfully overcome financial challenges. Our range of services includes the preparation of independent business reviews, going concern forecasts, and financial fact books, as well as individually tailored financial consulting services.

With years of experience in leading Big 4 management consultancies, our Managing Partner has profound expertise in these areas. This know-how enables us to precisely analyze complex financial issues and provide our clients with the best possible support.

INDEPENDENT BUSINESS REVIEWS

Banks, investors, and stakeholders often face the challenge of realistically assessing a company's financial stability and future viability. We offer independent business reviews that create transparency, identify risks, and provide a sound basis for decision-making – whether for refinancing, restructuring, or investment decisions.

With our many years of experience, we objectively analyze the company's financial situation, business model, and operational processes. We identify weaknesses, identify possible courses of action, and provide concrete recommendations for sustainable solutions.

A going concern prognosis is prepared after a prior individual examination of the individual case.

FINANCIAL FACTBOOKS

We offer you precise analyses and in-depth insights into the target company's financial performance, providing you with an overview and a reliable basis for your investment decisions. The results are compiled in a compact Financial Factbook, which includes sales analyses, quality of earnings, working capital and net debt analyses, as well as customer and supplier evaluations.

The preparation of a comprehensive financial due diligence report with an in-depth analysis including risk assessment (red flag report) and recommendations for action is NOT part of EDVENTURES ' range of services.

COMPANY VALUATION

We offer you an indicative company valuation as an introduction to the M&A process. The goal is to provide an initial, realistic assessment of the potential sales price based on standard market valuation methods (e.g., multiples).

This valuation serves as a guide and creates a solid foundation for further discussions. The final company value—especially with strategic investors—may deviate significantly from the initial value over the course of the negotiations, both upwards and downwards.
