EDVENTURES aims to build an operational investment company and actively participates in small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria, particularly in the context of company successions.

 

At the same time, we support entrepreneurial individuals in taking the step toward self-employment through the acquisition of existing businesses (management buy-in). We accompany the entire process – from initial contact through company valuation, including financial analysis, to the successful completion.

 

Whether through our own involvement or targeted support, our focus is on sustainable solutions for companies with succession needs – due to age, a lack of internal succession, or personal changes.
